All the content on this website (texts, illustrations, photos, assets and files) is owned by Pendragon Educational Publishers Ltd. The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the software and products belong and shall continue to belong to us. Any use other than that allowed by law requires the prior consent of the publisher.
The downloadable pdf documents may be printed out for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Please respect this.
Users of the Entry Level Course may access the content online free of charge and without registration. We retain the right to change the content we offer at any time without notification. We also retain the right to introduce a registration or a paid subscription model at any time without notification.
Subscribers to the Beginner’s Course and the Intermediate Course may the access the complete respective courses plus any related material and after paying the required subscription and registering as a new learner.
We will endevour to ensure that the content is available online at all times. We reserve the right to temporarily restrict access for maintenance and updates either by us or by our hosting company (Krystal Solutions Ltd).
The monthly subscription automatically renews every month.
Subscribers wishing to cancel their monthly subscription can do so directly at any time through their account with PayPal or by contacting us.
Yearly subscription requires manual renewal each year.
If a subscriber uses their access for multiple learners (either in different sessions simultaneously) then we reserve the right to cancel access.
For the annual subscription, learners can cancel their membership and request a refund if there are technical problems hindering their learning.
Monthly subscribers can cancel anytime.
Users are not allowed to do any of the following:
- use, store or copy the software or its accompanying documentation (or any part of the software or such documentation) except as expressly permitted under this Agreement;
- rent, lease, sell, sub-license or lend the software or its accompanying documentation;
- modify, adapt, merge, translate or create derivative works based on the whole or any part of the software or its accompanying documentation
- disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the software (or any part of the software)
Clients who purchase a Corporate or Educational licence may access the materials on all computers that are owned by the company or educational institution without restriction. These employees and students commit themselves to abide by the restrictions listed above.
We shall not be liable for any losses, damages and/or costs incurred by the Customer arising from the use by the Customer of our software.
We take piracy seriously. We will not hesitate to take legal action against any individual or company that violates our terms and conditions and uses our products, software and code inappropriately without our permission.
